Movies that you can download from the Glitter Store are protected and you need
to download a license to your machine before playing the movie. You can play
the movie on your machine until the license expires.
After this you can purchase a new license from the store if you wish.
The link for both the license and the movie download, is found on the review
page for your order. These links are only active after we have received payment
for your order.
How to Find the Review Order Page
|1) Select My Account
If you have more than one order, a list of all orders will display.
the order you wish to review.
|All the downloads purchased in your order are at the bottom of this order review
page. If a license is required, you will see the link allowing you to download

|Once you have downloaded the license, you should be redirected back to this page and the link for downloading the
media will be active.
4) Select the download button and your movie will be downloaded.
Download the movie and enjoy.
If you have troubles with this link, try right clicking the download link and choosing SAVE AS, then select the location to save.
Buying A New License
After the license has expired, you will no longer be able to play the file
until you purchase the download and license again. If you repurchase a license,
follow the same process as above, with the exception that you can choose not
to download the actual movie file again - just be sure you retrieve the new
How To Play The Movie
Movies that require a license must be played on a Windows system with a player that support DRM v10
for example Microsoft media player.
Unfortunately, there is no player support DRM v7 for MAC (and I am a MAC user
myself so believe me I tried to find a solution that would support both).
Having Trouble Downloading?
If your license is not downloading, it is possible you are not using IE as your browser. License can only be downloaded with IE.
If you do not see the link to download, please ensure you are using a Windows system. As above, our licensed movies are only viewable on Windows systems.
